this past weekend we scavenged and scoured and came back with much checked off our list:
found/bought/ordered~
-kitchen cabinets
-five light fixtures (3 kitchen, 1 dining, 1 master bedroom)
-hexagon tile for both baths
-kitchen faucet
-bathroom faucet
-two shower kits for clawfoot tubs
-cafe' curtain for kitchen window
from salvage yard~
-kitchen sink
-two clawfoot tubs
-pedestal sink for guest bath
-sink basin for master bath vanity
thus far, this process has been an adventure...but knowing that the end result will be a place to call home makes it all worthwhile.

you guys are going to make that place gorgeous! Where did you end up finding the light fixtures for your kitchen? We need to buy 3 "mini pendants" for ours.
